1. The main site was at Dave and Busters in Columbus, Ohio. 2. We used a satellite site in the Cleveland, Ohio area at Progressive Insurance where there was a group in a conference room. We also had a few individuals attending via the web at other locations. 3. Frank Bereznay presented 2 papers from our main site. 4. Presenters Keith Tidball and Lori Zaremba from Progressive tag-teamed from 2 locations. Keith was at the controls in Arizona and Lori was in Cleveland. It came across very well and proved that presenters don’t necessarily need to travel and in fact dual presenters could be in different locations. 5. Optier was our vendor sponsor and Eva Tuczai from Optier gave both a CMG presentation and a vendor presentation from our main site. 6. Ann Knapik gave a presentation from the Progressive location.
